What vClipboard is

vClipboard is a free web-based multi clipboard and paste history utility. It runs in your browser and stores items locally on your device. It is provided as a convenience tool, not as a backup service or cloud sync product.

Acceptable use

• Use the tool for lawful purposes only.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the site, abuse infrastructure, or reverse-engineer in a way that harms other users or the service.
• Do not use vClipboard to store or distribute illegal content.

Your content and responsibility

You are responsible for the content you paste, upload, or store in the tool. Because data is kept in your browser, you control it. We do not access, moderate, or back up your clipboard items.

Do not store sensitive secrets in the browser if you share the device or are unsure about local security. Clear items when you are done if needed.

No warranty

vClipboard is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular file type will always render correctly.

Browser limits (including storage quotas and Clipboard API restrictions) may prevent saving or pasting certain items. That is a platform limitation, not a guarantee of the tool.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, vClipboard and its operators are not liable for any loss of data, lost profits, indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. This includes lost clipboard content, failed downloads, or inability to recover a previous copy.

Third-party services

The app may load libraries from third-party CDNs to preview documents. Those services have their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or behaviour.

Changes to the service or terms

We may change or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the operator of vclipboard.com, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in that jurisdiction shall have exclusive venue, unless applicable consumer law says otherwise.
